For nearly four years, I've worked directly with veterans as a benefits advocate — helping them cut through bureaucracy, navigate the system, and claim what they rightfully deserve. In that time, I've seen the discipline, the loyalty, and the drive that veterans carry into every part of their lives — including their businesses.
But I kept seeing the same gap. Veterans trust and refer each other — that bond runs deep. Yet every tool that exists to support veteran-owned businesses online is either clunky, outdated, or just not useful. The directories out there don't do justice to the community they claim to serve.
So I'm building VetDirect USA. Not because I served — I didn't, and I won't pretend otherwise. But because after nearly four years in this work, I believe those who served this country deserve a platform that actually makes it easy to connect, refer, and grow.
As a civilian, this is how I honor that service.
